Created Unassigned: Error 292 Assembly generation failed -- Referenced assembly 'WebCam_Capture' does not have a strong name [21645]

Everything is working fine when I am running it as an individual project. But after adding the same code and same reference in my own project I got this error.

Error 292 Assembly generation failed -- Referenced assembly 'WebCam_Capture' does not have a strong name

I tried searching in google but I didnot understood the solution they have given.

Could any one please help me.
